Anybody here with small/smaller kids? I’m an old fart mom, 48y but with an 11, 8, and 6 y/o. We already eat “sort of” low carb-ish…dinner is almost always a roasted meat, salad, and a veg. Sometimes that veg is on the starchier side, like bnut squash or potatoes (I usually just skip that). Grains pretty rare. I haven’t had my initial consult, but if they recommend a more keto-ish direction…how do u guys navigate that with smaller kids? Do they just eat what u eat? Wasn’t sure about the evidence for a keto diet in kids. Widowed mom here so ain’t got time to make 2 diff meals
