I have officially been working out in the gym for 4 weeks and there is some progress. I noticed today that the warm-up on the treadmill doesn't seem to last forever.😊 I have increased the weights for the abs and the pec exercises are getting easier. Maybe next week I will enquire about some new/different exercises/adjustments. @Vic Basmadjian & @Bob Collins thanks for all of your help getting me on this path. Maybe I should look at doing Boca again🤔
