Okay I’ve been at the gym for almost 2 weeks now. I’ve done 3 strength sessions and 2 Zumba classes. I’m sore but beginning to feel stronger. The trainer says I should shoot for about 100 G protein per day, which I’m doing (although it feels like a lot of food.) So far I’m just gaining weight. Too much protein for a 5’1” woman? Just be more patient?
