Walk-danced this morning and then did upper-body bands (graduated on Monday to higher bands). For kicks and giggles, I also tracked my weekly cleaning routine as a workout (the cleaning I do weekly like mopping, wiping cupboards, baseboards, etc.,). Almost two hours of cleaning and the results are in … pretty sure it counts as a workout, especially if you are grooving and moving to some 80’s jams. 🀣πŸ’ͺπŸ‘
