Yesterday during the group meeting, @Alice Smith astutely noted I was looking a bit more formal than usual. It was because I needed to get an updated headshot taken for some work stuff. The same friend who took a horrifyingly full-body headshot back in Sept. 2021 took new ones yesterday. Here's what low carb has done to me. Still a work in progress.
