I am not up to the long fasts yet, but I am working on it. I did a 20 hour fast yesterday & then a 23.75 hour fast today. The reason I broke my fast when I did was because the lobster food truck was in our neighborhood. Last year when they were here, I was out of town. After said lobster was paid for & consumed, I don’t think it was worth the price. 🤷🏼‍♀️
