I’ve been adding “conservas” or tinned fish to my meals as a way to increase protein without having to actually cook another protein. I just got a large variety pack order from Caputos which has an online shop so I could try lots of different types of fish (clams, oysters, mackerel, squid, tuna, etc) and styles (in brine, oil, water, sauce, spicy, garlic, galecian, etc) no affiliation other than I am Italian lol! So far, mackerel is my favorite! Very high in protein and much less fishy tasting than tuna, and easily tolerable without mayo, just eaten with a fork from the tin. Also, burgers were 🤤 of course
