My trainer killed me today-after the 4th quad exercise (sets of 3-4 each), I almost fell over my legs were so weak-pulse 138 (max pulse for age 160 and also on a beta blocker). Since doing well once a week for 3 months and uninjured, she’s going to get a plan for me to do one other day a week on my own. Nordic Track bike 4 days/week and 1 day of rest is the plan. Makes me mentally strong and full of energy with added in ketosis #unstoppable.
