Did my first workout with the personal trainer yesterday. I get 2 free sessions with my new gym membership. He was actually really great; knew a lot about shoulder injuries and was able to run me through the gamut without hurting me. Also he was super supportive of my low carb lifestyle, which is a breath of fresh air! I slept like a baby last night.
