I’m on hour 26 of 18 hours. I only ate one meal yesterday - lots of bacon & eggs. I’m feeling pretty good - I’m not hungry. I think I’ll try to go to 42-44 hours. If I start not feeling well, I’ll eat something light. I wasn’t going to try to start longer fasts until next week, but I think I’m going to take advantage of my current situation and how I’m feeling and just go with it and not overthink.
