Self-Experiment Time. I'm reintroducing carbohydrates to my diet for a little while...at least until my next lipid panel. I'm close to being the phenotype described as Lean Mass Hyper-responder (LMHR). Blood work from last year: Total cholesterol: 267 LDL: 199 HDL: 60 TRIGLYCERIDES: 52 Carbohydrates I'll be eating: 10grams (~1.5tsp), every other day of organic,glyphosate free,sprouted gluten free rolled oats. Really curious to see how this may impact my levels.
