Well 9 days of jury duty, doing my real job at night…..meant i had to push to get my workouts done…. Successful 80% of the time…. But now its crunch time… tri is 6 weeks away! Great run yesterday….gotta get a wetsuit and test some open water swims soon! Doggo slowed me down a bit but love having her with me!
