This morning Tonya “took us to the train station”! 🚂 Lunges on the platform after we did rowing, stair climber, 50 jumping jacks x 2, and a two block walk with hand weights. Then when we got back a ten minute run on the boulevard. It’s already hot and very humid in South Mississippi as you can see in my very sweaty selfie! 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🔥
