For the month of May, there are weekly challenges rather than a monthly challenge. I think I mentioned this before, but did not tell you the weekly themes. Week 1 was energy, week 2 was community. This week’s theme is mind, so the challenges are a little different. There is not a rowing challenge, but 2 meditations instead. The biking workouts were really about the message than the intensity of the workout. I biked in Florida, Hawaii & 2 rides in Utah. I also hit a milestone workout today - 300 workouts since the beginning of the year!
