I‘m just breaking my first 24 hour fast in over a year. I think I could have gone longer, but I just got home from work and have some yard work I want to do. It’ll be a lot of moving heavy things with full sun. So, better safe than sorry. I’m fueling up with some scrambled eggs from our lovely chickens.
