Finally made it to the gym, got a membership, and worked out after a year of telling myself I would. Keeping it simple. 15 minute warm up on the bike, chest press, leg press, rows, and a 10 minute cool down on the bike. Focusing on just showing up twice a week at a minimum to start. It’s important for me to set goals that are achievable. The lifts I did aren’t the focus. The focus is showing up!
