So excited!!! One month of solid upper-body resistance bands and I am seeing such positive results! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tro and Team, for providing the exercises!!!!!!! I stinking love them!!! It doesn’t normally take an hour for the eight exercises in the app, but what I like to do is incorporate standing crunches, stairs, dancing, etc., between sets to keep my heart rate up (plus, it is fun!). - The weight on the scale has not changed much. What HAS changed is the body fat % and muscle %, according to the scale. It’s is consistent week after week (average), so I am digging it!! Down and up, respectively. - My shirts/undergarments are fitting differently. I can see definition in my arms, shoulders, collarbone, neck, forearms. I have little bumps and rounder shoulders!! - My bat wings … yes … those (ladies, you know) … I have less and less to fly me away! - My energy level was good before … now it is geeeeeeee-eeeeeee!! Let’s go!!! Reflecting on my journey, I would highly encourage anyone hesitant to add resistance training to go for it! The resistance bands were the best $20 investment and I am “reflective” of how long they hung on the shelf unused. (The exercises are posted in the exercise folder and there are virtual demonstrations on how to do them.) Also — still kicking booty on modified push-ups and full squats. Learned some different squats and incorporating those (like sumo). My husband noticed. ;-)
