Well, I am aiming longer this time. I am going for a 48hr fast, my first. I am halfway there. I feel fine so far. I am curious about the concept of a “dopamine reset”. I watched some of Dr Mindy Peltz’s YouTubes and it seems like a worthy goal. I have used less sugar substitutes but haven’t eliminated them completely this go round. I tried salt in black coffee, interesting. Onward & upward!
