FASTING question: I've been in Carbyland for the past 1 1/2 years, NOW I'm finally committing to my GOALS this past week. (There is a new motorcycle involved as a reward) I do very well on OMAD and Carnivore based on my past wt loss success and mental ease of doing it. Saturday3-4pm I started OMAD, Sunday at 3-4 again, then Monday, welp, just wasn't hungry so I rolled with it. Tuesday at 3-4pm, after 48 hrs I ate nearly carnivore, planning to do my OMAD. What if I don't feel hungry tomorrow? Can I skip it? ***Here is the question--> Can you go eat a 1 day-OMAD, then skip a day (=48hrs) then OMAD again? THANKS!!! 😄
