Ok y’all… new advice needed! I’ve heard for years how great “Yoga with Adrienne” is and have intended to try it for a while, then yesterday I saw several people commenting on her video on stretching hips works wonders for sciatic pain, which I seem to be starting to get (according to Dr. Google). So I load it up and try tonight… Y’ALL… no one bothered to say “by the way, this video (and maybe yoga in general) is for people with less than 5% body fat!” Hug your knees to your chest and wrap your arms around your legs? Are you kidding?? 🤣 Ok seriously… I know I need to regain some movement in this aging and sedentary body, but clearly this isn’t the way. Are there other videos or guides for regaining flexibility that you know of that are designed for beginners with bellies and thighs that don’t fold up flat like an empty billfold just yet?
