Started intermittent fasting. My official eating window is 1pm to 9pm. Most days I should be able to do 1pm to 7 or 7:30pm. I have a small meal or protein shake between 1-2pm and supper soon after work with nothing in-between. Baby steps. I'm not sure I'm ready for a longer fast.
