Yesterday I broke my fast early due to a company event. At first I was thinking I shouldnt go because I didn't want to break my fast. Then I started to feel guilt about not going and missing the event or going and breaking my fast. However, I remember what the coaches and community members here taught me. I removed my feeling of guilt and went to the event. Yes, there were drinks and food but I stayed low-carb and had a great time. I don't feel any guilt and I have not given up my on low carb journey nor have I given up on my personal challenge. So if you find yourself in a similar situation you don't need to give up. Keep going, forgive yourself, and don't feel the guilt. You got this!
