Posting here for accountability! Gonna work on a longer (hoping for 48 hr) fast. Started fasting after dinner last night and just found out my other fam peeps won’t be home until well after my dinner time tonight so they’ll have no clue what I’ve been up to which = less commentary. Major bonus! 🥳 So far this morning most of my exercise is done & I’m sitting here enjoying some black coffee w/salt and some water. It’s gonna be a good day!! 😎☀️🌞
