Guys I am planning to do 3 PSMF (protein sparing modified fast) days in a row … anyone want to join? Tomorrow I’m going to eat shredded buffalo chicken + cottage cheese for lunch and for dinner I’m going to have sautéed shrimp scampi. I’m thinking about having an icy protein bowl that I eat with a spoon made with flavored egg white protein powder, ice, and cashew milk, depends on my hunger, I hate liquid calories though. That will bring me to 120P & 33F for the day or 145P if I have the egg white protein powder. Chime in if you’ve done PSMF days to help you lose fat!
