Woke up a little hungry this a.m. Despite that had green tea on the way to the gym along with my salted,cream of tartar & lime juice infused water. Did my core,weights & HIIT. Came home, was a bit hungrier so I put some salt sublingual, then had some decaf. green tea, then a decaf coffee. Decided I wasn't going to fight it any longer & had some nuts and sweet peppers at 10:45am,finally breaking the fast of 20.5hrs. I was seriously in the mood for "oatmeal." So I got my saucepan out and threw in 3/4 cup almond milk, 2 tbsps vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp almond butter,seeds (pumpkin & sunflower),hemp hearts, coconut flakes,allulose & stevia,vanilla extract,cinnamon & chia seeds. Stirred it over heat for a few minutes, then let it sit for 1 minute before eating. It filled the need.
