Catching up a bit since the last time I posted here was last week. My M-F HIIT workouts got unexpectedly jumbled around but I still got 5 days in! Th & F = walks & steps- LOTS of them Sat = HIIT workout & a walk Sun = HIIT x2 & strength training workout x 2. Today = Double HIIT in the books for this morning. After meal(s) walks to come. ๐Ÿ‘
