#springforward - Move and Rest 5x5’s smooshed and 5+ min breathing done. Absolutely rocked an upper body resistance band workout today (loving the one from the exercise folder) along with tread dance/walk/catwalk/groove your move. Midnight sun is quickly approaching and this gal is jazzed!! Bring on the sun!
