I am just starting back on keto diet after being off of it for 2 years. I had great success in the past and am looking forward to getting into ketosis again and experiencing all of the benefits. My problem however is that every time I fast or start getting into ketosis, I feel like absolute death (flushed skin, body aches, headaches) and it makes me feel panicked. I then eat something high in carbs and start feeling better again, but how can I get past this?
