Good morning nice humans. I’ve spent this week learning/reading the materials in the app and I “start” tomorrow. I have a couple of questions. 1) net carbs or total? 2) do you track food/carbs? 3) any tips/hacks/links for the first few days or just toss self into the abyss and go for it? Thanks so much for all the wonderful support here. I upgraded to premium membership and I’m looking forward to learning more.
