#springforward - Move/Detox/Declutter/Rest Day 27 in the books! 5x5, detox 5, rest 5+. Set a target of 10 minutes at 10 incline on the treadmill today as a booty buster. Had the clip of Goggins in my head saying, “Ask yourself … can you go one more step?” Ten minutes turned into 20 minutes and I am extremely proud of what I accomplished.
