Thanks to @akaconas I was able to make this super delicious dinner from Anna Vocino. Here are the ingredients It was a pound each of ground beef and ground pork, pork panko, yellow mustard, chopped salami, chopped garlic, fresh parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, 2 eggs, salt and pepper. Mix it all together, form the meatballs and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Sooo flavorful and a great meal prep. If my husband didn’t eat some I would have had enough for 4 meals lol. I had to make the steak it was about to go bad.
