#springforward - Move/Detox/Declutter/Rest - 5x5’s done ☑️ Goal is to be able to do 10 straight non-modified push-ups by the end of May, so keeping after both 5x5’s (I don’t think I have done 10 push-ups since elementary school). - Detox & Declutter — Detoxed the medicine cabinet in the master bath. Wiped down all the little shelves. Also, started on the upstairs bathroom linen closet. - Rest — solid 10 min breathing prior to BP reading. This month went by so fast! Only four more days of springing forward. Tread walked/danced, resistance bands upper-body, quick cardio trip on the elliptical today. Upped my reps on a few of the band exercises, so that was super cool!
