Today was core day so I pulled out a favorite from Kelly Coffey Myers' CoffeyFit app - Core Sculpting. Weighted cardio boxing focusing on core-intensive moves, alternating with core work - frog lifts, weighted bird dogs, weighted dead Bugs, etc. Entire core thoroughly worked! Pictured are the frog lifts. Great for lower back and glutes!!
