Boot camp is definitely kicking my booty! Just a few pict from the last couple of classes. Planks into “kick stands” (1 arm planks), wall sits (boy these hurt just looking at them), farmer walks (just walking the block, or 2 with 15# kettle bells in each hand… today I did one block with 15’s and just for s#!ts and giggles, one block with 20’s). And finally the rower, started out at 500 m and now up to 3,000 m each morning.
