#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest - 5x5’s ☑️ — I was able to successfully push 10 minutes straight of elevation 10 on the treadmill at a pretty good pace (“Look, Ma! No hands!” was going through my mind.). It was a booty killer, but I still knocked out 25 squats. Legs were Gumby. - Detox/Declutter — finished the closets in the man cave. - Rest — 10 min breathing prior to BP check. 🎉💃 Non-scale victory today with my notched belt. I’ll have to go look at my notes when I last measured, but it was at notch 25 from 5 (starting point). Today was notch 27!!! I feel amazing this month and am definitely going to attribute that to the dramatic increase in resistance training. The scale has not moved much this month and I am 100% ok with that … I know things are happening. I don’t want to say looking back … but, reflecting on my journey … I can see how resistance training is such a powerful tool. My fasted ketones have been ridiculous, I have so much energy, my mood is even better, my blood pressure has dropped, and I literally want to fuel my body with foods to help support my muscles. Going to keep after the 5x5’s, detox, rest, and resistance training after Spring Forward is over (and other lines). Thank you, Team Tro!!!
