Best: early time restricted feeding (8a-2p) Great: ANY time restricted feeding (12-6p) … this is generally what I do Worst: late TRF (2-8p) + late binging… the late night eating disrupts sleep which will lead to worsened hunger cravings, sweet cravings, blood sugar variations for the next 24 to 48 hours
