#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest - 5x5’s done and did an additional 25 modified push-ups again. - Detoxed 5+++++++ items from the high bar catch-all space in the kitchen. - Did 15 minutes focused breathing prior to BP measurements. Sun is back after a nasty, nasty windy weekend. Did tread, resistance bands (upper body), and elliptical today … hoping the sun holds for an outdoor walk tomorrow.
