#springforward - Move/detox/rest Clocking right along with the squats, push-ups, remove 5 items, and 5 minutes of breathing. Did not have the best night of sleep and my body let me know it. So, today … tread walked, some light weights, lots of stretching. (I love our teenager, I do. I, however, am not too keen on him preparing at 13-course meal at 2:30 AM. Lol - this kid!! “I needed study food.”)
