#springforward - Set yourself up for success - One hour meal prep ✅! - Twelve boiled eggs, tuna/chicken egg salad with celery and pepperoncinis, rest of the celery prepped, meals and cooked ground beef pulled from the freezer to thaw, dishes done, kitchen sparkling! Non-scale victory this week — Last week, I cooked another 12-egg bake with ground sausage and chopped bacon … thank you again, @gabriella.scavella !!! Love your recipe!! Our 17-yo teenage son prepares 99% of his own meals … I just make sure there is always a variety of proteins cooked he can choose from. I noticed one of the egg bake containers was missing. I asked him, “How was it?” (He doesn’t normally venture outside of his norm.) He told me … drumroll … “It was really good. Thank you.” (And, then he requested no sausage and only bacon next time I make it. 😉) This momma’s heart was so full! After he left the room, I did a little happy dance. Score!!
