Hello. Newbie here - popping in to introduce myself. My name is Jes and I live in a suburb of NYC with my husband and 3 kids (19M, 17M and 6F). We love it here. I’m 52 and work part time as an attorney. I’ve been a Type2 diabetic for many years. Sometimes controlled with diet, sometimes with meds, but never consistent. I’m currently taking several medications. I’ve lost almost 70 lbs in the last 3 years, with no real consistent plan but loosely following weight watchers. I’m of course happy about that. But my A1c hasn’t improved and my weight loss has stalled (have a long way yet to go). After a year of very difficult personal challenges, I’m ready to focus on my health. I’d love to some advice on how/where to begin my next phase. I’m planning to join the monthly plan - but then what? Any advice welcome and thansk in advance. Pic for attention lol.
