#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest - 5x5 squats and modified push-ups done. Added a 5lb hand weight to the squats and did double the push-ups again today. - Detoxed my home of 5++++++++++++ items today. - Five-minute breathing exercise done. - Have now had the moose around for three evenings in a row … Vitamin G - Grateful for the beauty. - And … and … super excited to have graduated myself up in resistance bands today for upper-body! Graduation day feels amazing!!! I was pumped and shocked myself.
