Been working on consistent workouts M-F but I decided yesterday to switch it up and take a Don’t-Worry-About-Anything Day so I bumped my 5th workout of the week to today. Double HIIT & strength training video workouts in the books this morning… AND (for accountability) my plan is to add another session tomorrow morning too. That will be 6 days of workouts this week!
