Super busy day but I still made it to the gym this morning. Intervals again today with increasing weights. 40 flights on the stair climber, 1500 m on the rower. Two block run and one block “farmer” style with a 15# kettle bell in each hand. End of week 3 and I’m loving it! 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️❤️
