#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest - 5x5 squats & modified push-ups done (did another 25 modified push-ups, too!). - Went through the medication box and gathered all the expired/unnecessary meds for drop off for the 5+ items detox. - Did 10 minutes focused breathing before my blood pressure reading … total believer in the power of it and will continue even after the challenge ends. Knocked out my daily step goal early in the day. Come so far from when I started. My ankles would swell massively, tears in my eyes from the pain when doing basic housework and going up and down the stairs, constantly out of breath. Take it one step at a time … keep upping your goals. You deserve health! You truly do!!
