#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest Cranked out an awesome, fasted workout this morning including dance-walking, resistance bands, 5x5 squats and modified push-ups, and little cardio. Used 5 minutes of breathing technique before taking my blood pressure reading (which I ROCKED!). Tossed five more items including the veggie oil tucked in the back of the cabinet. Smooshed the weekly house cleaning, broke my fast, went outside to walk, and rounded the day off with some well-loved sun. I was going to shovel the deck, but now that melt/freeze/melt/freeze has kicked in, it is basically solid. Makes a good foot rest, though!
