#springforward trying something different eating a dinner for lunch and maybe a snack of cheese, salami and pepperoni for dinner. I find after I take my walk I’m over eating for dinner. So today made my own version of a taco bowl with cauliflower cilantro lime rice, ground beef with my own seasonings, and fixings. I’m still full so going to see where this leads maybe a longer fast. I usually fast 14-16 hours.
