#springforward - Move/Detox/Rest The face I made today when I realized we had the box for our two-year-out-of-warranty wireless router. Lol! Five more items removed from our home. 5x5 squats and push-ups done! Had a moment today … was checking something in the oven and noticed I was squatting to peer into the glass, instead of bending over. Shocked the shorts off me. Not an intentional squat, was just squatting there. Five minutes of breathing time. Learning to use this as part of my wind down for the evening. Definitely helps.
