Workout complete. It was a circuit for the first half then leg work for - getting at the small muscles in the booty, then some core strength and finally stretching. Warm-up is completed before the hour class starts. Was not looking forward to the class as my energy level was poor today. @Amy Eiges words kept playing in my head "no one regrets exercising, just showing up is the hardest part". Thanks Amy😇
