#springforward - Move/Detox 5x5 squats and push-ups … and … and … I was able to do two of the push-ups full on push-ups! Removed 5 more items from our home and took care of something that has been taunting me to get done. Breathe … 5 minutes turned into 10 and I loved every minute of it. Almost 15k steps today. Treadmill, meal prep, cleaning. Whew!
