Checking in with some random fasting thoughts. I broke a 32-hour fast last night. I’m currently working on trying alternate day fasting (ADF) this week. Gotta time everything right for my blood work on Friday morning. @Amy Eiges says to use whatever motivation you can, and that sometimes it’s vanity and the smaller jeans. I’m here to say … this week, it’s the smaller jeans and being on the cusp of getting out of the BMI “obese” category. Soooo close.
